However we are now in the process firstly moving all our over time clients first, the girls were going to be doing ridiculous hours to fit everyone in, however now we can go back to some normality, I know everyone is desperate to see us, however we need to abide by our COVIDSafe plan also. 22.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the latest restrictions our salon will be closed from 7.30pm on Wednesday. As a business we have been fortunate to trade as long as we have, but now there’s a bigger issue improaching upon us. This isn’t the end, and we will be back as soon as we are allowed to be. We will call you when we have a clean sanitised space ready for you If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms please don’t come to your appointment, go and get tested and reschedule your appointment once you get your results ... Anyone in your house hold waiting results? We kindly ask you reschedule until you receive the results We will be taking everyone’s temperatures at the door. If it’s higher than 37.5 we will need you to reschedule also We ask everyone sanitise their hands at the door before entering Mask must remain on during your appointment We kindly ask you say at your designated station and don’t wander around the salon as everything you may touch we will have to clean If everyone could please come in with clean hair prior to appointment There will be no drinks being served so suggest you bring in your own No magazines will be available so bring in your own entertainment, phone, book, iPad, laptop We kindly ask you don’t bring any extra people to your appointment including children (excluding children under 12 months) as they count towards our max capacity in the salon

21.01.2022 2020 wrap up! What a year that’s all i can start off with! I could go into so many negatives professionally and personally but I think this year everyone has had negative in some way. Everyone has a story and this year has effected everyone differently. So I think we should talk about the positives! ... We welcomed Charli our new apprentice to the salon, she has been a valuable team member and has continued to attend trade school virtually for most of the year which learning how to cut hair online is not easy. We also welcomed our first Mayuraya baby to the salon Heidi! Susan and Andy welcomed their newest little addition to their family back in June and we are lucky enough to have Susan back in salon looking after everyone. One big achievement this year was Caitlyn qualifying! This girl has had so many hurdles put in front of her during her career in trying to get qualified Covid was yet another one. She has grown so much over the past 12 months and has become an amazing stylist. Huge congratulations, you truely deserve all the praise you receive, I’m lucky to have had to stay with us once you did qualify. This year has also taught me to let go sometimes, as much as I want to be at the salon all day everyday, my life is changing, don’t get me wrong I love what I do and always will. I have an amazing manager and awesome team I’ve girls who have ridden this crazy roller coaster that we called 2020 and together navigated the salon out the other side. I know it’s not smooth sailing just yet but I can’t thank the girls enough for their support! Finally to our clients, Thankyou, Thankyou for being so understanding with all the rescheduling, Thankyou for being patient with us with the ever changing scape with had to deal with and Thankyou for your ongoing support through these tough times. 08.01.2022 So today wasn’t exactly the news we wanted to hear however, as always we will get through this together. So in saying that we have some what come up with a plan moving forward. We have a scheduled date to when we can potentially re open but nothing is definite. So over the next week or so, we will be in contact to reschedule everyone’s appointment tentatively plus also see how everyone is coping through these unusual times. The plan is just to move the next few weeks app...ointments to October/ November. However, I know some appointments will have to change due to being so long since we have seen you and days/ times no longer suitable. I’m doing this in the fairest way possible and unfortunately I know some will have to wait a little longer than we would like . Please also keep in mind there is so many hours in a day that we can work and I don’t want to be running the girls ragged. I know everyone is desperate to see us as we are you! We miss doing what we love and creating beautiful hair. I appreciate everyone’s support through these challenging times and look forward to the day when we can see everyone again! 07.01.2022 To all our valued clients, Please be aware that we are implementing a cancellation policy, as follows: We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefo...re we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments for colour/foils cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a No-Show for will incur a charge of $50 which can be paid over the phone prior to your next appointment. Exceptions to this are: * If you or a family member feel unwell with any covid 19 symptoms * If you have been tested and are awaiting results * If an emergency has occurred and you are unable to contact the salon We understand these are unprecedented times and support those who don’t want to attend their appointment, however we have had too many cancellations due to forgetting or a clash with other appointments. We are going through the tedious task now of calling you all in the best order we possibly can. It takes us nearly 1 day to call 1 days worth of clients, I know everyone is eager to get in just as much as we are eager to get back to work. 03.01.2022 Just wanted to say Thank you to each and everyone one of our clients. The past 24 hours has been hectic to say the least. The phone hasn’t stopped and we got swamped with appointments. However, everyone’s understanding has been amazing, I know we have had to disappoint many of you with having to wait a few weeks to get an appointment, but we have done our best to accommodate everyone where we can. 2020 is definitely a year I won’t forget and felt like home to be back doing what I love.
