29.01.2022 Isabella and our new resident "Spider" There is so much more to horses than riding !! Today Bell learnt how to persevere with a hard to catch horse, its frustrating but rewarding ! Bell then took Spider for his first look around the arenas, walking him over poles and letting him watch a some of the other lessons. ... Finished off with a wash and a little feed before putting him to bed. See more

Ms Brodin comes to us with a background of early childhood education, and many years volunteering with horses and their disabled riders. With two cheeky ponies of her own, and her gorgeous son Grayson she fits into our family well! Ms Brodin is excited to get to know our riders and help them on their way to become riding superstars!... 05.01.2022 Another awesome day out for the #maywoodfamily Katt and Warrior took home Reserve Champion Holly and Elvis took home their best dressage % to date! ... Lilly and Whiskey took out Reserve Champion. Kassie and Disney also cracked 60% and had a lovely forward dressage test! Dee and Kiwi had some wonderful canter moments with no bucks! Well done Team! Back at it tomorrow!

03.01.2022 so.. In my Holiday brain I have booked lessons for this Saturday! Unfortunately I have double booked my self and we have to move this Saturday's lessons as I forgot its my last weekend volunteering at my Pony Club. If I have booked you for Saturday the 5th please message me to re-schedule. School holidays are on our heels so we can do lots of make up lessons during the week as well!

02.01.2022 Another big day my feet hurt !! But a brilliant day non the less. Group and private lessons run at Noosa Equestrian Centre with lots of wins. ... Each horse and rider team walked away accomplishing some goals and having some great moments. 02.01.2022 Fun for the whole family! Amy celebrated her birthday with us at MayWood earlier today, even convincing Dad to join in on the fun as a birthday present. Happy birthday Amy!! What are your birthday plans this year?

01.01.2022 COVID UPDATE: We are doing all that is possible to keep our clients safe, so please make sure you do your part. -Please Do Not attend lessons if you are sick or unwell.... - You must use the QR Scan code to sign in before you lesson, your lesson will not begin until staff member have seen this completed. - Please sanitise your hands on arrival. Our staff will be doing their absolute best to disinfect all gear and helmets in-between all lessons, if you do not think its been done please feel free to ask us to disinfect your gear- we will be happy to. Please keep in mind we can not disinfect the horses , the harsh chemicals will cause irritations to their skin. Any questions, as always please feel free to ask :)

Yippee pony came in to be sold as his owners were just to busy to advertise and talk to potential new families, so we did it for them! Yippee sold with in 4 days of turning up at MayWood and has now gone to a beautiful approved home. Need a horse sold ? Let us take care of the hassle for you

02.12.2021 Before Christmas we had the pleasure of helping a lovely client with his beautiful mare Pippy. Pippy came in being green unsersaddle and needing education and miles. Pippy proved to be a pleasure to work with, with how smart she was and how quickly she picked up new things. By the end Pippy had learnt to walk,trot and canter off voice and slide stop to seat. We can't wait to see what Pippy and her owner get up to in 2022

Spend the day learning the ins and outs of what it takes to keep horses healthy with the MayWood team, getting hands on experience in horse care and management. A 1hr lesson included hands on theory topics as we make our way through the daily requirements of the MayWood horses lessons booked in , along side this program will be discounted $100 per day 9am to 4pm ( alternate pick up and drop off times can be aranged) Message us for more information or bookings.
