14.01.2022 !!ROUND 3 MATCH REPORT!! Please find below our White team's match report from Andrew Fry Today (02/05/21) the sun was shining and it was a perfect day for football. We had our captain, Lachy, lead us out and with a flip of the coin, St Albans would kick with the wind. The first quarter flew by and we were 5 goals down against a highly skilled and quick side. My instruction for the team in the second quarter was to get the ball and kick it long. Ryan picked up the ball about h...alf back and sank his boot into it and landed it in our forward line. By halftime we were only a goal or 2 behind. It was a fantastic half from Vickram, Neil, Luke, Mark, Ben, Alex in our back line and our forwards Linda, Roger, David, Tim and captain Lachy. Their presence in the forward line was vital. The second half was a close game, going goal for goal however, in the end St Albans won the game. The whites never dropped their heads and did a fantastic job. Congratulations to our Schnitz winners & the Spirit of the Panther award winner, Luke who always gives his best and always wants to help. Please also view highlights from the game put together by Mark Saber! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u83OkFeHQV4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mgs3Hqmnbv8 Stay tuned for the Blue team's match report from Josh!
