21.01.2022 Todays little baking stint: Caramel hazelnut slice and Apple shortcake. Going out to taste-testers today for review
19.01.2022 Have only just finished making 8 dozen rum balls. Some of these will be given out as samples to promote my Xmas treats for next year. I couldn't get any rum essence, so they have genuine rum in them (And quite a bit of it). I made a chocolate sultana cake to make these, mixed with a Christmas pudding left over from last year. Testing soon.

07.01.2022 First time ever I have decided to make Tomato Relish. What a time consuming job, did not realise what I was in for. Shortly I will be asking a few select people to do a taste test. Future production will depend on test results.
