05.01.2022 New studio being constructed in Faulconbridge. Slab poured this morning by Impressions Concrete. Walls and roof to be clad in Monument metal sheet. Now we wait for concrete to set up then it can be helicoptered for an awesome finish. Going for polished concrete for low maintenance.

05.01.2022 Construction going well on this alterations and additions project to an existing brick veneer. It’s in BAL Flame Zone so works have to meet this, the highest bushfire attack level! Completion date is before Christmas. Well done to MH Carpentry, local Blue Mountains builders.

03.01.2022 Alterations and additions job in Springwood underway. Steel frame, structural steel and LVL rafters. Few interesting details going on using recycled sleepers.

01.01.2022 Double carport under construction. The approval process is not as simple as you’d expect when you have to construct forward of the building line along a narrow street as this is outside of the standard council regulations. However with the correct plans, documents and knowledge of the process it can be quite painless. Nice workmanship by Jason Collins Carpentry & Building.

01.01.2022 Big renovation, alterations and additions in Emu Plains coming along well. The builder has done an amazing job with roof, flooring and walls all cut on site. Cladding has started and should be done by end of the week.

22.12.2021 Existing garage demolished then existing slab to be removed. Two level of garage with studio above. Included bathroom and a wash up. To be used for high end Air BnB and holiday let. Being on the south side of Wentworth Falls it’s close to bushwalking tracks and Conservation Hut so will be super popular.
