18.01.2022 MB Fitness chicken stir fry. I use half a chicken breast and cut off any visible fat. 2 garlic cloves and real ginger, no bottled stuff plenty of greens (beans, snow peas, capsicum, broccoli, baby choy sum and carrot.... Add soy sauce or kecap manis for flavouring. 1-Heat the pan and add some olive oil then cook the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. 2- Add strips of chicken and stir fry on high heat till cooked through. 3- Add vegetables and your choice of sauce, (soy or kecap manis) 4- I like to keep the heat on high till veggies are cooked a bit then let them simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to soak up the sauce flavours. 5- Eat with brown rice or on its own and ENJOY!



16.01.2022 So here it is: Fitness tip - When you first start out trying to lose weight, you shouldn't worry about intensities, training zones, target heart rates, and training modes. Just get outside and start moving - particularly if you haven't exercised in over 12 months! Try going for a brisk walk, 5 times a week for at least 20 minutes. Once you can do this comfortably, you can add in short 100m bursts of running to help get your heart rate higher. Once you are comfortable with this you can start increasing the length of your runs, and how fast you run. Always remember, once you start feeling comfortable walking/running distances, then it is probably time to increase your intensity and reap the benefits in your health and well being!

02.01.2022 Matt Ballin fitness shock sessions.This is the versa climber, Bike and rower cardio session. I like to combine 2 or 3 pieces of cardio equipment in the one session to use different muscle groups and force the heart, lunges and muscles to adapt to to a new stress during the one session.
