02.01.2022 Flashback to my last catering job in early March. These saffron arancini were delicious. It was sad to see every catering job I had disappear when the pandemic started. Hours and hours go into every menu and quote that I create. It’s nearly 5 months now with still no clear path of getting things back to where they were.
