13.01.2022 Good news for all lot owners. The Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria has announced no change to fee and penalty units this year. This means that the cost of Owners Corporation certificates, copies of records, etc will remain at 2019-20 prices.

Louise has been a member of the MBCM team since July 2017 and comes to us with a background in business administration. Starting on reception, Louise has worked her way up the ladder and is now a fully fledged Owners Corporation Manager. Outside of work, Louise enjoys reading and spending quality time with her kids.

09.01.2022 As the weather warms up we begin to notice a familiar, but not so pleasant aroma in the air... bin odour. Not only is the smell horrible in its own right, it also attracts rodents, flies and cockroaches. The bacteria that cause the rotten stench can be seriously hazardous to peoples health and research has shown that just breathing in the smell can cause allergic reactions such as asthma. While new to the Owners Corporation Management industry, she has previously worked in many varied administrative roles with countless transferable skills. At MBCM, Becky specialises in strata insurance and administration whilst also studying for her Certificate IV in Strata Management and managing a small portfolio.
