24.01.2022 Braemar LCQI 350 Inverter evaporative cooler. This customer had there evap serviced by a big company, when he cleaned out the evap , broke a water distribution pipe and flooded the ceiling. We removed the 25 year old breezair. Replaced the dropper and unit!... The company didn’t want to know about the problem they caused!! Thankfully the insurance company came to the party!! Be aware of dodgy service techs atm!! See more

23.01.2022 This was a bit different! Not enough roof space for a ducted, so we hung the indoor from the floor on anti vibration mounts. Customer didn’t want wall splits! 3 floor grills and 1 ceiling grill.

20.01.2022 Something a bit different today!!! A repeat customer asked if we could gas this up!! Charged it with 134 A gas!! It’s called a cold stone!! For people who have passed!!... Keeps the human body cold !! See more

19.01.2022 Beware of some service people! This Fujitsu indoor unit had a blocked evaporator panel (coil). Indoor didn’t blow much air , so the customer had the fan motor replaced by someone who should have known better!! We removed and replaced system a couple of weeks later because the pc boards then failed!!(customer sick of spending money on an old system) Moral of the story!!... Clean return air filters regularly! See more

15.01.2022 Saw this installation today,don’t think Daikin would like to see this one!!! This is an indoor unit , obviously not rated to be outside. Who ever installed this should loose their licenses (if they have any) 240 volt power in the weather Probably did it cheap!!

05.01.2022 Installed a 8 kilowatt Toshiba ducted system with 4 outlets into this river shack. The galvanised box on the roof is an external duct which services a dining room with a flat roof . Saved the client $1500 on installing a seperate split system. Toshiba now offering 7 year factory warranty
