25.01.2022 Today is #InternationalDayOfSignLanguages During this COVID crisis, Auslan Australia’s sign language has played a crucial role in getting important in...formation out to those who are hearing impaired. Thank you to all the Auslan interpreters for your incredible work in 2020- it is truly appreciated. In honour of this special day, which is smack bang in the middle of National Week of Deaf People (September 19-25) I’ve had a go at trying #Auslan myself. I still need more practice but as PM Scott Morrison (ScoMo) says: today is all about having a go I’d encourage all Australians to learn some Auslan and give it a try. I'm very grateful to Deaf Children Australia for giving me a hand in putting this video together, and for your terrific work for Australia's deaf and hearing impaired kids. So join me, the PM, Deaf Children Australia and so many others like The Deaf Society in celebrating Australia's sign language, Auslan, to raise awareness about deaf language and culture during National Week of Deaf People! #Auslan #AuslanCommunityLeadersChallenge2020 #InternationalDayofSignLanguages #DeafChildrenAustralia

10.01.2022 Nature is the best artist, it provides the most vibrant range of colours and patterns, it's awe inspiring and magnificent. Although I can never replicate it's beauty, nature inspires my work.
