We did Australia very proud to beat a team with such a tradition in the game. These are awesome highlights just a reminder of when you work hard and with honesty and principles you achieve results such as this one!!!!

06.01.2022 Happy 80th birthday Pele!!! The King of football turns 80 years old, the best player the world have ever seen. Three times world cup champion with Brazil. We had the chance to meet with him in Melbourne a few years ago. In the picture he is holding the old style MBFA jersey. He also told me he played futsal when he was young. He spoke with me about futsal with such a joy, remembering when he played a futsal tournament at age 17 before joining SANTOS FC. We both come from the ...same state so he really took the time to talk to me, what a champion and a true Brazilian. Talking to him made me realise that futsal for this country i believe is a place where players can develop faster into becoming a better football player whilst creating unforgettable memories of playing the game of futsal, just like it was the case for Pelé. And off course lets not forget futsal is now a sport on its own right and you too can become a professional futsal player overseas if you are taught the rights skills while growing up. We are a futsal academy that properly teaches players the techniques of futsal, the tactical aspects of the game and most importantly the good habits to become a successful player: good work ethics, team spirit, and respect for one another. BUT foremost we teach skills that goes beyond the futsal aspect, we help players become better individuals for a better world, which right now we need more than ever. See more

Great to see a soccer player highly recommending the mastering of the sole of the foot to control the ball closer to you. We have seen these changes more and more at soccer pitches with smarter football coaches that knows its good for the players to use their sole of the foot. I hope you enjoy these 10 challenging drills during this bad weather!

02.01.2022 What a great tournament it was well run and had some quality teams. Win or lose it was good to be part of it and to feel welcomed by futsal clubs and officials. A special thank you to Anthony Grima that made us feel very welcomed! After Covid last year it was just great to be back and feel like things are now getting back to normal and our players can enjoy again what they love the most which is playing futsal! ... A huge well done to my players in the u12,u14 and u16 teams. They have played with so much passion and desire and never gave up, especially our little under 12 team that had some really young players as young as 9 years old but got their reward by winning one of their games! Well done also to our young coaches Quinn Coetzee and Jack Pope who were put under enormous pressure but did a formidable job. This kind of competition builds resilience, team work and challenges our players to their limit on the playing field, it challenges us as well as coaches and for this reason I am happy we participated. We know as a club we have a lot of work to do on the court in order to be more competitive and it will be up to us to turn things around in the next 12 months. Development takes time, hard work and commitment and there are no short cuts for success. We will be looking forward to the next competition which will be our very own MELBOURNE FUTSAL CUP in September!!! After 5 years running it we are thrilled that it's back after not having it last year, a massive 3 days of good competition and lots of fun! As always we are open to new players at any time. Our academy takes place all year round on Saturday afternoons. Term 2 resumes on 24th of April.

01.01.2022 Some of these players will be representing MBF in the upcoming state futsal championships that starts tomorrow in Melbourne. This is our first time attending this competition after our official affiliation to Futsal Victoria. It will be a great opportunity to see how we compare with other Futsal clubs and to learn and improve for the future. "FUTSAL IS THE FUTURE"
