20.01.2022 Here is another bathroom we recently completed in Cherrybrook. The client is looking to sell in the new year, as you can see from the before photos, it was in much need of a more modern makeover. When renovating a bathroom, it is always more cost effective to leave all the plumbing services in their same position. With free standing baths you must ensure the sub floor framework is strong enough to carry the additional weight.

18.01.2022 We recently completed this ensuite bathroom renovation for a client. Aside from needing a fresh modern makeover, the shower had been leaking for years and was starting to damage the ceiling below. In the end the entire subfloor had rotted away and needed to be completely rebuilt. With a smart frameless sliding shower screen and slimline vanity, what was a tiny cramped little space has become far more attractive, modern and functional.

17.01.2022 I am very happy with the results on this project in Baulkham Hills. Semi frameless shower screen, fully adjustable under floor heating in both the toilet and bathroom and a rain shower head. The clients are very pleased too!

16.01.2022 A little weekend project for a lovely family in Hornsby. The original ramp was too steep and very dangerous in the wet, so we built some steps and a landing and a new (sturdy) handrail. A little tip to the DIYers and weekend warriors, the ribbed side of any decking board is designed to face down with the smooth side facing up.

16.01.2022 Back at Thornleigh for a touch of landscaping this time. I am quite pleased with the end result. Now they have the perfect setting for a summer Christmas outside. Merry Christmas Graham Family!

14.01.2022 The clients on this project are over the moon with the results. We made a big effort to have it finished and ready for Christmas. The old deck was not safe and long overdue for a makeover. We completely removed the old one and rebuilt it from scratch. It still needs a few coats of a quality decking oil in the new year, but the Wild family have a fantastic and 'safe' new deck to enjoy a summer Christmas.

14.01.2022 Another successful project and happy clients in Cherrybrook, we installed some new timber Bi-folds, new timber sliding door and a new front entrance among plenty of other work inside.

13.01.2022 This job we completed towards the end of last year (many thanks to my crew) I affectionately named "The Open Plan Project" With a typical floor plan of homes built in the 80s, the ground floor was broken up into small rooms for dinning lounge and kitchen/family areas. The clients bought this house with plans to renovate and create the far more popular and functional open-plan design. After removing all of the internal walls and installing structural steel members, the clients vision became a reality. We used 140mm solid Spotted Gum hardwood flooring throughout and fitted new down lights and kitchen pendants. We also revamped the stand alone W/C to match the new look downstairs space. Once the kitchen was installed the transformation was complete and the results speak for themselves.

11.01.2022 What a difference some large cedar doors and a bit of acrylic render can make! (Quite a bit more involved than that :)) A huge improvement and a very clean and modern look for this home. The clients are thrilled.

09.01.2022 This Bi-fold and servery window install has made a huge transformation on this job in Kellyville. The client's here love the new look and feel with the doors and the addition of a Bi-fold servery in their new kitchen. A very clean bright and open scenes of space. Both the doors and window now feel like they where meant to be there all along.

05.01.2022 I forgot how much I enjoyed building decks, and what an improvement they can make to a home when built right. The clients wanted something that stood out and wasn't your "normal" style of deck. This is what I came up with.

04.01.2022 My clients on this project wisely chose to go with glass for their pool fence. There is something quite elegant about glass. When it is done right it almost disappears. It's the first time I have ever followed a curve with glass and both the client's and I are very pleased with the results.

04.01.2022 We started this project in Hunters Hill earlier in the year and the client has been keeping us busy since. Here is some of what we've been doing. The centerpiece being the new sunken SwimSpa and extended Spotted Gum deck. We finished the last piece of stainless cable for the railing in the rain, that same day the client's 3 kids where in the spa...in the rain. The storage space under the house is now far more functional. With some down lights and shelving, it's being put to practical use. Amongst other things, the most recent project was the Western Red Cedar privacy screen, simple and attractive, one of my favorite timbers to work with. Its safe to say the clients and myself are extremely happy with the results.
