24.01.2022 Autumn is officially here. Days are getting shorter and temperature is dropping, but to be honest I absolutely love it. Maybe I have a special bond with fall as I was born in September and that is the first month of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. As a kid I loved going bushwalking with my family and collecting the colourful leaves. I can still remember the fresh autumnal scents of the forest. ... This is the redesigned Autumn Spice Soap that was inspired by the colours of Autumn. I added fresh coconut cream to make it extra creamy and also some apple puree that will give you a profuse amount of lather from the natural sugars in the fruit. It was scented with a warm, balsamic blend of essential oils containing cinnamon, clove, orange, cedarwood and lavender. It smells sooooo delicious. 20.01.2022 I hope you are all doing well. I've been a bit quiet lately but have been busy behind the scenes with restocking and packing orders. I spent the last weekend with my family and friends in a small village up in the mountains. This was a much needed break for all of us as the last couple of months have been quite hectic for everyone. ... This weekend was all about enjoying nature, each other's companies and spending quality time together. Cooking together, eating amazing food, drinking gluehwein, listening to the sound of nature, sitting for hours in front of the fireplace, walking in the rain and laughing hard, just what I needed I only used my phone for taking photos and videos and I wasn't checking emails, messages and social media much. Even though being back at work and having two crazy busy days in a row, yet I still feel relaxed and calm. We should do this more often. Today is hump day so it's time for another wet soap Wednesday post. This is the top of the cinnamon soap I made recently and the little cinnamon sticks are made of soap too. I'm not sure about you but cinnamon is one of my favourite spices. Its sweet and spicy aroma is so comforting especially around winter time. How is your week going?
