Abolishing land tax aggregation rules to encourage investment in residential and commercial property markets and make holding property more attractive. Introducing a transfer duty exemption to seniors over 60 on their primary residence to enable them to ‘right size’ and help them make their lifestyle changes more affordable. Introducing a 50 per cent trans...fer duty concession on all off-the plan apartment transactions to help encourage infill development and housing diversity. We would support these changes for the betterment of WA.
