24.01.2022 Obviously goes without saying.... I always ensure the gym is sanitized and clean. hand sanitizer is available in the gym please use it before we start I spray and wipe down the gym after every session... Please DO NOT attend your session if you have any symptoms or have been around anyone who has recently returned from overseas. We need to remember my gym is also my home so please don’t bring germs to my Family PLEASE let’s Keep each other healthy and safe ! Martina xx

As a duty of care to my clients and friends and family I request anyone who is unwell please reschedule you’re appointment until you are completely well ...with what is going on I cannot afford to get unwell myself . Let’s all do the responsible thing and take care of each other so if you are feeling unwell and you’re children are unwell please take care of yourselves at home .
