22.01.2022 Something to ponder on as the new week begins... If you haven't yet gotten what you want...then change tactics! I challenge you to do something this week that you've never done before...talk to someone you usually wouldn't speak to, call a friend that you had a falling out with, smile at the person in the lift, start a conversation with someone on the train, take 10 minutes out of your day to think about your life, call your mother, father, sister, brother...give charity, att...end a free lecture...the list goes on... May each and everyone of you have a successful, fulfilling and meaningful week ahead...

03.01.2022 Do you ever look back on the week and ask yourself, "What have I actually accomplished this week?" Try this exercise below and you'll realise how much you can and have accomplished! Welcome to the ‘Good Things Jar’!... Every day, write down ONE good thing you have achieved or accomplished in your day, whether it be in your personal life, work life, relationships, family etc. Write it down on a small piece of paper (before you go to bed), and place it in your ‘Good Things Jar’ (you can use any old jar). In 6 or 12 months’ time, open the jar and read ALL of the things you have accomplished in that time. You will then see all that you have accomplished!
