21.01.2022 In 2013, MB Town Planning assisted Cao Dai Overseas Missionary Australia Inc. in gaining approval for a place of public worship and meditation centre in Carramar. This was followed by an application for the construction of a front gate and fence at the same site in 2017. As part of our services we represented the applicant at a Local Area Panel meeting. Our argument was centred on the view that it should not be necessary for a place of public worship to be required to reflect the design of a dwelling house in the area. This opinion was agreed with by the Panel and the Cao Dai Temple in Carramar was approved. MB Town Planning is pleased to see the Cao Dai Temple now constructed and contributing to the character of the Carramar locality.
