03.01.2022 Morning,recently Michael and Merrilyn attended a 2 day course in Mental Health First Aid Stephen could only attend one day so he will be completing his course when we invite the facilitators to our workplace to run a course with all our staff. This was a free course put on by Palmerston and I would encourage all businesses to find the time to send Management/Supervisors who deal with staff on a daily basis to any future courses. We gained valuable information from the course and a better understanding of how Mental Health can affect our workers
