24.01.2022 Brent has really enjoyed working with Scott from SAS Electrical Tasmania. He is so easy to communicate with and he takes the time to talk about what is the best way to complete the task at hand. This is vital to ensure a high quality of workmanship. Plus he is a nice guy and is easy to get along with. We are very much looking forward to working with him on many more jobs.

23.01.2022 The trusses have arrived this week, and it clearly shows how low the pitch is on this roof. This is a popular design element that complements the increasing dense urban living. You can gain a view and not impact on your neighbours; maintenance of the roof is easier and safer as you can move around with much more care. Another important plus of this design is that the air you pay to heat, will stay in the room rather then rise and heat the attic. The roof is going to look fantastic once completed.

18.01.2022 Last week we had some great weather for the boys to start digging the footings in. This build is a two storey home and has some exciting features to come.

17.01.2022 The sun came out for me to capture the boys moving ALOT of FCR creating the slab for this 2 storey home.

16.01.2022 Last week the boys were busy framing down stairs.

16.01.2022 The inside fit out is nearly finished and ready for painting. There has been some custom made items to meet the clients needs and they are very happy with the progress, as are we. This week we are working on the deck to allow the painters full run inside uninterrupted. We all really look forward to seeing how the deck will change the front of the home. As well as provide a huge outside living area that will get so much sun for most of the day.

10.01.2022 It's been a very busy month finishing off one of our builds. We had Adam from Shift Property Styling come in and decorate the inside ready for our photo shoot to capture the amazing work the boys did. It was such a pleasure to work with a friendly yet professional business.

08.01.2022 Last week the boys were working on the retaining wall and about to start framing downstairs. I can't wait to share the progress since then.

05.01.2022 The kitchen is in, looking great and the owners are so happy. Only a sneak peak at the moment, you will have to wait a little bit longer for the big reveal. This week it's fit out week, so lots of fiddly bits like door handles etc.
