22.01.2022 McCauley's Cottage is an experience as well as unique and special accommodation. Guests experience the ambience of living privately in a classy 1846 'gentleman's cottage' of sandstone and antique polished timbers. Three separate living rooms give space to spread out, "everything thought of" gives a convenient stay ... But much more is here ... the Rumford open fireplaces are a special experience in their own right; "everybody in Heaven has underfloor heating in the bathroom" More than self contained accommodation with a kitchen, at McCauley's gives you a large private yard, with space for vehicles and games, plus your own enormous vegie and berry garden. Adults and children alike love picking fresh food to eat from the garden. Homegrown tastes best; the mulberries, strawberries and raspberries get rave reviews from guests.
