25.01.2022 Finally back to baking lots of yummy cookies. I’ll be open for business at the Stroud show, 25th April (weekend after Anzac day) All your favourites will be available including unicorn poop, buttery custard shortbread, ANZAC biscuits, giant choc chip cookies, gluten free peanut butter cookies and loads more.

13.01.2022 I only EVER use the classic recipe given to me by my auntie Flo. 1 cup flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup coconut 1 cup sugar... 1/2 block of butter (125g) Dollop of golden syrup ( id say its about a 1/4 cup) A big pinch of bicarb ( 1/2 a teaspoon ?) Splash of water Mix the dry ingredients together Bring the water, butter and golden syrup to a boil, toss in the bi carb and as it foams tip it over the dry ingredients. mix well Scoop into balls about the size of a big walnut, arrange on a baking tray, they spread a bit Bake @ 180 for 7 min if you want chewy Bake @ 160 for 12 min if you want crunchy See more
