22.01.2022 We were recently contacted by the National Disability Insurance Scheme or better known as the NDIS for a job to build a disability ramp for a client of theirs in urgent need. They needed the work done in a quick and professional manner due to the owner of the property not having a ramp to enter and leave their property. With only having a limited time to build this ramp, the team at MCCS tackled this project with ease and the clients at NDIS and the owner of the property were overwhelmed with the finished product. 15.01.2022 Out with the old, in with the new! We were recently contacted by one of our regular client regarding one of their rental properties. They had informed us that the existing vanity was old, had water damage and leaking. We supplied and installed a new vanity that looks a so much better and functions properly now with no leaks and a happy client... Building a new house or need any building/renovation work. 14.01.2022 A new opening for a new bathroom! A close builder and good friend of Monarch Constructions & Carpentry Services contacted us about a new door opening they required for a bathroom renovation that they needed done ASAP. We attended the building site and in less then 2 hours we had created a new opening into the master bedroom with a new door and new fittings. We had also blocked of the existing opening ready for the gyprock and villaboard installation. ... Both the builder and client were both ecstatic with the end result. 06.01.2022 A client recently contacted us regarding one of their rental properties. They had informed us that the toilet was not working and in fact leaking which is a massive hygiene issue. We sent out one of our tradies to do a inspection. We had found the toilet base to have a slight crack and the cistern needing replacement. 01.01.2022 Want to modernise your home? How about a new front maple door? A client from the NDIS contacted us as they required a existing front doorway to be widened and needed some ideas on what they could do to make it look good at the same time. Our suggestion left the owners and the NDIS with a big smile on their face after the work was completed. They were overwhelmed with the finished product!...
