24.01.2022 Finally finished this KX450F rebuild after few delays getting parts. Big thanks to Nev at Penrith Motorcyle Center Kawasaki for putting up with more pestering and phone calls than that he usually have to endure from Me.... waiting for bits and the stop start progress that makes these Covid era rebuilds more work than they should be for everyone. This motor had suffered a broken clutch plate and received a thorough rebuild and plenty of parts.

20.01.2022 Part of any engine rebuild is carefully checking the basics like how flat the cylinder head is... what looks fine most of the time isnt... It took a bit of lapping to bring this one back into serviceable condition.

Got cheered up a bit getting this one off on the right foot, after receiving positive feed back from a happy customer we did a YZ250 port job for Dirt track racing .... made the Drs day a bit brighter. .....We have suggested he hit the boys up at Ballards for a 13 oz Flywheel Weight to help keep the front wheel down.
