17.01.2022 There are so many posts celebrating Mother’s Day - you are all rockstars! This post is also for all the SINGLE MUMS out there - this a photo taken a few years ago where my daughter was helping me and my business at a conference stall in Sydney. There were so many tears, events, meetings, conferences and unexpected challenges she has experienced since she has been 4 - and no one can understand what it is like being a single parent or parent running a business until you are doing it. It’s just been her and I for many years and she is my rockstar and the reason I do what I do. Single mums - YOU ARE INCREDIBLE, BRAVE AND BRILLIANT!

07.01.2022 This is an interesting read. It is something that keeps me up at night too. Last week I was in Canberra running a leadership workshop and I was stopped at the airport by the Federal Police and questioned - it seemed routine. I was asked why I was in Canberra and told them without disclosing the client. They were generally perplexed about what leadership development was about. I Wasn’t working any Goverment agency by the way. However we are asked so often why we aren’t workin...g with the federal government or other government agencies (we do work with a few great ones). Some are in desperate need of leadership. We do feel helpless at times when we see what’s happening in politics however it doesn’t stop what we are doing in building brilliant leaders everywhere.
