23.01.2022 Business is very slow but really, what have I got to complain about! Their sacrifice. Their bravery. Their Determination. The loss. The heartache. The pain. Never the same.... We Will Remember Them

22.01.2022 We're happy to re-print these on behalf of the Reserve Bank, however we're going to need to get all the wrongly printed notes back. That's certainly a responsibility I wouldn't want, signing off on those proofs!

20.01.2022 We Will Remember Them Lest We Forget

17.01.2022 Pleased to have been able to help and supply the wonderful committee and people that have been working tirelessly to assist those affected by the bushfires. And like it says on the stickers we printed for their collection tins and their representative contact cards, it clearly states that "ALL FUNDS are returned to the COMMUNITY, & NO COSTS DEDUCTED", making this a worthy organisation to make your donations through. As should all organisations be doing! Well done Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund Inc.

16.01.2022 COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT Dear Valued Clients, with the great challenges that this virus has caused the world we will do our best to continue our operations and supply services in print & design. ... It may not be that we are open for business each and every business day, or be able to get your order completed and delivered as promptly as you have received in the past as we too will be relying upon the continuity of supply for our ability to trade. Your ongoing support at this time is greatly appreciated as it always has been and we thank you for your loyalty & business. We hope and pray that you, your family and your business/job does not come victim to this nasty virus and that all will be safe and have the essentials that you need to get through this. 14.01.2022 If the airlines can do it, so can we, so effective immediately print prices are going up because I need to purchase tickets to the AFL Grand Final to see the beloved Collingwood Magpies win the 2018 Premiership. Clients with a Richmond address will be charged triple this week, and clients that have previously declared themselves Richmond supporters will not be supplied their printing until after Friday nights game, whereby further assessment will be undertaken. GO PIES!

14.01.2022 So what a year! It's been very tough for us as a business with print production down for the majority of April thru Oct to a few days every two weeks, and even then we had days that we could not fill. And while we have struggled we know our clients have too as several were closed for months on end, others reduced trading, staff and services. Then of course we too have clients that have unfortunately closed the doors permanently. Fortunately, we are still here and slowly get...ting some more work flow but it's far from the Christmas/End of Year rush, and no doubt will continue for sometime as we understand that print budgets and expenditure has been cut from many businesses, just spending on necessary items. While it doesn't help our bottom line we understand. Anyway we are grateful to the business we did receive during Covid lockdown 1 & 2 and any other business that has and will come our way. Like most though, especially in this industry, we will go back into hibernation for the Christmas Holiday break as very little of our market doesn't produce to mid-late January, so we're closed, this time 'officially' from 22 Dec - 15 Jan 2021 (inclusive). And hope that 2021 we can all bounce back and support one another. We hope you and your families have a very Merry Christmas and like never before a very Prosperous New Year in 2021, while remain safe and covid savvy so that we don't go back to where we've been throughout this year. Thank you for your continued support.

13.01.2022 Australian & Local Businesses working together to get this great country of Australia back to being more self reliant.

10.01.2022 What a delightful event late yesterday afternoon down at the Keith Pretty Soundshell (DROUIN), and to have been invited to attend by the Committee for Drouin. As a precursor to the 2019 Drouin Ficifolia Festival (this weekend), the Committee for Drouin injunction with The Friends of Drouin's Trees launched their 2nd Edition of 'The Drouin Tree Walks' booklet along with the 1st Edition of 'The Birds of Drouin'. These two beautiful pocket size full colour booklets, packed wi...th wonderful pictures and information outlining the wonders and beauty of our local area of Drouin. Designed by local Helen Timbury, with the photographs for 'The Birds of Drouin' booklet taken by local Peter Ware, MCG Printing were delighted to have also been involved in these local projects, having been engage as the printer. Be sure to get yourself a copy so you can get out and about seeing the tress and birds of Drouin. The booklets are free from local retail, service and shire outlets, but a small donation of $2 or more per booklet would be greatly appreciated by the project organisers to help contribute to the costs of these booklets design & production. And at $2 they are a steal. Any larger donations also greatly received. So if you live in Drouin these are a must, if you're visiting then you'll quickly fall in love with the area and its beauty. Or simply pop down for the 2019 Drouin Ficifolia Festival, Friday, 15 February to Sunday, 17 February 10:00 PM.
