21.01.2022 What happened in the Darwin Housing market last quarter? March 2020 quarter saw a small rise in the medium house price - up by 2.2% for Darwin homes but Palmerston homes dropped by 1.2%. However Palmerston unit/townhouses medium rose by 12.9% and Darwin unit/townhouses had a minor fall of 0.7%. The rental market is on the improve with a fall in vacancy rates to 5.4% which is the lowest we have seen for quite a while.... 10.01.2022 McGees welcomed a new temp to the office this morning. Elfie has been sent to us all the way from the north pole by Santa. As it is Elfie first time away from the North Pole he became confused with time zones and came to our office on Sunday 1st December only to find us closed. Elfie knew that Annette Gore was singing in the choir at Carols by Candlelight, so tried to find her at the amphitheatre but once there he was frightened by all the fireworks at the end of the concert and ran away and hid. But Elfie is now safe and found his way back to our office to learn all about a real estate office and the Darwin Property Market.
