25.01.2022 We were able to finish our grader work for OM Civil 2.5 days early which has given us the opportunity to get some more work done to our recently purchased Hitachi 225USLC excavator. With the recent hydraulic overhaul and quick hitch installation we've decided a cut and polish was in order before the new decals go on before it heads out to the next job next week.

21.01.2022 It started with a passion, which turned into a dream, which eventually became a reality, setup inside a shed at Mount Tyson. While the business went the complete opposite direction to what I'd planned, I chased the opportunities that were given and I've never regretted it. I can never fully repay the faith that clients and people have given to me as a young bloke just trying to have a crack but I will never forget those that helped me and continue to do so on this journey and... will forever be loyal to those that gave a young fulla a chance. While I've worked away around Western Queensland and northern NSW for the last 11 years, ive been pretty well home every night for the last 12 months. Being away again up at Mackay has given me the chance to reflect on why I do what I do, and why I push so hard to make it happen. I was once told by a bloke, you've only got 2 things in this life. Your word, and your family, and without it, what's the point? It's something I've never forgotten and never been more true John. I hope you all have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

14.01.2022 We've officially commenced works in Mackay working for the boys at Demex again. We will be assisting Demex with the civil construction aspects of this project

11.01.2022 The diggers been out for a little while now, just came back home from a stint up at Bundaberg so now the boys at Hyper Fluid Connections are working through a big list of preventative maintenance jobs to improve performance and reliability. Big thanks to Ben at Priddey Trucking for loaning us a bit of space at his depot while we get this work carried out over the next few days before it goes back on his float and out to the next job.

10.01.2022 Roadbox prep completed at Taigum, currently waiting on inspections and subsoils. Out to Park Ridge for some Bulk Earthworks, subgrade trim and topsoil.

10.01.2022 Our Hitachi 225USLC Excavator is currently commencing demolition work up at Bundaberg for approximately the next 2 weeks. We currently have a few small farm jobs lined up in the area after. 10.01.2022 Welcome to the family. Big thanks to Priddey Trucking Co for fitting me into their busy schedule and getting the big girl shifted. Big thanks to Richard and Demex for their ongoing support and providing a sandbox for us to put it through its paces and make sure its 100% ready for its first job.... Katrina from Centerpoint finance, even though the banks have been very hard to deal with you still manage to get the deal done quick and painless thankyou very much. Tully from Dixie Holdings for making the whole process from start to finish very smooth and simple.

09.01.2022 An aerial shot of the Sapphire Feed lot expansion we worked on last year for Smithfield Cattle Company. We assisted Gore Earthmoving with the following: Bulk Earthworks and Trimming of the Silo upgrades Bulk Earthworks, Gravel Placement, Final Trimming of the new pens on the right of the shot (approximately 700m long) Gravel Placement and Trimming of new roads for AC Repair and Retrimming of the channel in-between the existing and new pens + Gravel placement and Trim... Levee Bank construction Very impressive to see most of the infrastructure built after handing it over to the builders. Massive effort by everyone involved, cant compliment supervisor Jason Day from Gore Earthmoving enough on his attention to detail and quality he always delivers. Was a pleasure to work on and be apart of.

08.01.2022 Digger has now arrived on site at Mackay ready to begin Bulk and Detail excavation works utilising TopCon GPS for Demex

08.01.2022 The boys at Kommand getting a TopCon GPS wiring upgrade for tlink and late model screen and a full machine recalibration and measure complete before the digger goes on the float and heads north. Big thanks to Richard and the team at Demex for the yard space to get the final bits and pieces complete before they float the machine for us
