25.01.2022 Its A Wrap !!! After 38 days in a row our cellar door is having a short break. Thanks to everyone that visited in the holiday season. It's been epic !!! Thanks to all who have supported our bush fire wildlife fundraiser. Cellar door is now open Thursday through to Sunday. 10.01.2022 LAUNCHING BALLOON BELLARINE!!! Yesterday we had 3 hot air balloons launch from directly in front of our cellar door. The guests in our villas woke to see them floating gently past their verandas. It was truly amazing with the sun rising behind the balloons on take off and the weather on the day was stunning!! ... It was also a huge success and we are excited to announce that Liberty Balloon Flights have added our vineyard site to the list of launch locations for their expanding business in Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. 04.01.2022 Vintage 2020 at McGlashan Estate is complete !!! It was a very tricky year with very hot weather early and then a lot of rain in February & March. Thankfully it dried out enough to get the fruit ripe for harvest. Generally the yields were lower than average but with low yields comes good quality fruit with great flavour so looking forward to tasting when winemaking is complete!!
