PFG Australia will continue to provide full operational support through this difficult period as an essential service provider to the Australian Agricultural Industry in partnership with our National Dealer Network, and through direct support of our food producing farmers if required. We have as a result taken considerable measures with respect to ensuring our staff are provided a safe working environment for those located at head office, in addition to those operating remotely. We have initiated a work from home policy whilst retaining a skeleton staff in operation at our Headquarters in Derrimut Victoria ensuring we have a back up in all areas of our business. 10.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE As we’re sure many of you will already know, the Victorian Government has introduced stage 4 restrictions due to the COVID-19 illness and ongoing threat. We are however now pleased to confirm that the Agriculture industry has been identified as an essential services industry and as such McHale will remain at full capacity under a modified working environment in line with the issued government guidelines in support of our customers for the supply and service of... all products. Whilst travel restrictions remain in place for much of the country we will continue to do all we can to meet your expectations. There are however potential areas of impact including the overnight delivery of parts due to flight restrictions now being encountered. We appreciate the support that we continue to receive from across the country and ask for your ongoing understanding during these challenging times.
