McIvor Estate, a boutique vineyard and winery located at TOOBORAC, seeks a cellar door manager to undertake additional sales and marketing coordination. The cellar door is open at weekends and public holidays, and the person would be expected to operate the cellar door during these periods. In addition to cellar door sales, the successful person would be expected to ensure that the facility is maintaine...d to a high standard and satisfying licensing and local health standards. It is expected that the person will possess a current RSA. In addition to this, the person will be expected to coordinate online sales, manage the periodic Wine Club mailouts, coordinate social media activities, and ensure the ofcial website is maintained and current.
