25.01.2022 Brett's 300c back for a supercharger upgrade as the centrifugal just wasnt cutting the mustard! Out with the old and in with the new 2.9L whipple. Now the 423ci 6.9L Gen3 hemi is finally getting some air it went on to make 700+rwhp on pump 98 at 15psi. Next step is to install a separate belt drive for the supercharger and go to 17psi.

12.01.2022 VDJ79 in for a retune... After being chooned by another company! customer was complaining about engine lights and the vehicle going into limp mode. We ID the ECU software and started with a Standard Ori file, once we finished rewriting the ecu code we then loaded our custom tune file and the results are in....... 10.01.2022 The one question that everyone ask!! Does tuning my diesel affect the longevity on the engine and components. If the customer is educated about what goes into the tuning process.... The answer is very simple....NO!! We have a PX2 Ford Ranger in for a tune, Yes we done a decarb but let's just forget about that and stick to just the tuning side of things. Picture 1: We have the laptop and program we use to carry out the Tuning process, We take the OEM calibration and edit what is already there. Editing changes consist of Injection timing, duration, torque Limits, fuel quantity, Boost limits, Boost pressure, Rail pressure and Rail limits. Once the calibration is complete then we load the tune back into the ECU. Picture 2: PX2 Ford Ranger 2016, strapped onto our Chassis dyno with boost, AFR sensor and Data logging connected. Picture 3: Just remember Green is standard and red is tuned, we are showing Boost pressure and AFR. Another thing to remember is 30:1 is lean and 16:1 is rich for Diesels. We are well aware your target will change depending on what you want to achieve from the vehicle and its use our target for a car like this PX2 is 18:1 set up for light towing. The AFR is the fueling adjustment carried out, this reachs a desired level of 18:1 which is our target. To achieve this target we dont increase fuel rail pressure past 2%. The extra fueling comes from other fueling tables i.e Injection pulse width and fuel quantity. The reason we don't increase the rail pressure past 5-10 or even 15% like rails chips and piggy back modules is because the injector has to close againts the extra pressure this will cause premature failure and shorten the life of your injectors. Boost pressure as you can see is marginally increased from the OEM limits. The turbo isn't being pushed to the limit to were the extra load will cause a premature failure. Picture 4 The end result from standard to tuned all done through safe boost and fueling adjustments. Picture 5 An adjustment done on 1 Rali pressure map to show whats inside the file and what the computer software looks like and how the adjustment is carried out. 06.01.2022 2016 VDJ200 in for a Retune after somone else already had a go at it! There Power/Gains were not much better than factory considering the AFRs. We also went ahead and installed a Manta DPF back exhaust and snorkel. Now we've gone through and adjusted the cal to suit we finished up with safer AFRs more power and torque!

Tow package Includes * Transmission Tune * MPC Custom ECU Remap Package Price $2200 No more Torque converter clutch (TCC) lock box we can apply the same strategy to the TCC Lock/Unlock scheduling inside the Factory ECU. NO more wiring or push buttons to lock the TCC 200 series tow pakage will help reduce fuel consumption by around 1.5-2 L/100km and see power increases from 200hp (atw) to 250hp along with torque inc 650NM to 800+NM.
