23.01.2022 I met Mr Winter when representing his partner's Aunties house for sale in Glenelg North. In the conference, it was decided to take the property to Auction which is not uncommon. The unusual request came after Edgar had consulted his charts and I was given strict instructions that the marketing campaign was to be launched on a particular day of the month with the Auction day and time being a mid-week (not the traditional Saturday). We followed our clients directives and had 15 registered bidders with the property selling well above reserve! Was it all written in the stars?
