23.01.2022 As a Coach and a business owner, your self-development is a priority. If you accept your own excuses, you'll accept your client's excuses as well. We believe what we tell ourselves, absolutely. But, if you look at the outcome of what you are or are not doing, there is your feedback. Not enough clients, feedback. Not enough money in the bank, feedback. So, we know we have to take action but we have all these reasons we buy into that stop us. Too busy? This just means that wh...at ever will get you ahead is not being made a priority. Don't know how? Look on new technologies as an experiment. It's not going to go perfectly well to begin with. You'll have to learn multiple layers of technology and have patience and compassion with yourself as you learn. It doesn't feel right to me. That just means it's new. And you're in a learning phase which is always uncomfortable. Now you know how it feels for your clients. The solution is to take action! Any action that moves you toward what you want. Give it a try and allow yourself to learn. Don't allow yourself to be overwhelmed because remember, this is just an experiment. Give it time, keep going and don't give up. Now you're becoming a great Coach who is a genuine role model for your clients. See more

03.01.2022 When you lose a pet, you lose your greatest companion, your best friend. And you miss them in so many ways. But apart from the obvious, I miss Sam most when we accidentally drop food or crumbs on the floor - and we have to clean it up ourselves!!

02.01.2022 Achieving goals can be a strange process. You set your goals, you decide the kind of person you have to become in order to achieve that goal and you start taking steps to becoming that person and achieve the goal. Once you are moving in the direction of your goal, sometimes a strange thing happens - the real goal comes from stage left. This happened to me yesterday. I have had a goal for a couple of months and I have been working diligently on moving towards them. And then on...e thing happened yesterday and suddenly, I had a great idea for an even better destination. Everything i have been doing was leading towards this better goal. I first heard this concept from Robert Kiyosaki many years ago. And now I'm so excited because this goal is much more satisfying for me than the original one. But this only works if you are actively moving towards your goal. Have you had this happen to you?
