16.01.2022 December 20th will be our last day for shearing this year. In previous years we’ve been shearing until Christmas Eve. If you haven’t booked in yet please send us a message. We will be taking a trip to Howes Valley shortly and hoping to add some Putty jobs on that day. Plus we have a couple of Blue Mountains jobs that we’d like to make a day out of if you need shearing done in the Blue Mountains. ... 10.01.2022 Just a post to say thank you to all of our customers this year (with a pretty alpaca, VIXEN from Cross Park Stud to get your attention). We are thankful for all of your recommendations and reviews, as a lot of our work comes from you recommending Alastair. This has been our busiest shearing season yet and Alastair is working 7 days a week to get all of your shearing done. It’s also probably the wettest shearing season we’ve had, certainly in recent years, and we appreciate everybody’s patience and understanding when it comes to rescheduling jobs. THANK YOU

01.01.2022 Thank you to one of our long term customers for sharing. On the sheep scale how do you feel today? I’m going with 8, as that is a very happy looking sheep. We actually have quite a few customers who have been with us for a long time, some for over 10 years, from way back when Alastair was the farm manager at SWEVEN at Cattai, and used to do a bit of shearing after work and on weekends. We started this business to supplement our Paddock To Plate business during a dry spell a...nd now Alastair is shearing pretty much full time from Sept 1st until Christmas. This year has been crazy busy, and we appreciate the work, as we know that for many people this has not been a great year. Thank you to all of our loyal customers for sticking with us even though you may have had to wait longer than usual to get your shearing done, and thank you to all of our new clients for choosing our little family business for your shearing needs.
