21.01.2022 As virus numbers continue to come down across Victoria, we can look with some hope to a future where restrictions will be eased. Throughout this pandemic, people have continued to buy and sell real estate and with our innovative technology we have been able to help them do so while observing the regulations and keeping our clients safe. During Stage 4 in Melbourne, our agents have been continuing to provide advice and are able to offer comprehensive appraisals of homes using... virtual walk throughs and then accessing all the data we have on the market, trends and recent comparable sales. We believe there will be a rush of properties on to the market when restrictions ease and property photographers are already reporting enormous demand for their services as soon as they are able to get out and about. If you are thinking of selling we strongly recommend that you contact us soon to talk through your options and to put a marketing plan in place so that you are ready to when restrictions allow.
