15.01.2022 All happening at the Ballan site today, bricklayer getting some blocks down, lower floor base blocks are ready for core filling and in fill slab will be poured in the coming days

15.01.2022 Raglan Street is coming along quite nicely! Brickwork almost complete, electrical rough in done, heating and cooling ducts and unit are in, plumbers to rough in next week then we are all set for plaster!

13.01.2022 Congratulations Bob Murphy for joining the 300 club tonight. !!! I'm very thankful to some of our fantastic clients for allowing us the opportunity to head down to the bulldogs club rooms. These guys are not only great athletes and role models, they also know to call McNiece Building Group for all their building projects.

09.01.2022 Ballarat Central site cut & demolition complete. Site set out and Internal works under way! We can't wait to get the slab down to really see how big this project is going to be! #McNieceBuildingGroup #ballarat

05.01.2022 The boys have been hard at it the past few weeks! It's great to finally get some update photos! Our Ballan job is framed & trussed, frame inspection passed, scaffolding installed, fascia and gutter installed and the roof is going on early next week! It's hard to get a photo of this home to do it justice it has some pretty cool roof lines! Cladding will be installed in the coming weeks!

03.01.2022 Ballarat Central Big week onsite finishing off the frame and getting the trusses stood. Large attic with the gable ends on the garage made for a difficult roof line, but we got there in the end! Windows and bricks in the coming weeks, really starting to take shape down here.

01.01.2022 Ballan We have had a little a battle to get to this point, with over 500m3 of soil and rock coming out of the site we are stoked to have the slab in the ground! The boys from Sisic Concrete where fantastic to work with on this one! ... Bricklayers on site today to start the blockwork for the lower floor. Stay tuned we are on the move!
