Definitely floor drill, although after getting a taste of Advanced this year that’s got me second guessing - Who is your Physie idol? Sally Lamplough-Smith, has been for years and years! And since taking over Mount Cotton, I’d also have to say all the girls we teach every week. They all bring something different to the table and after seeing their motivation after the events this year has thrown at us all - how can I not idolise them!? Also the 3 lovely ladies - (Olivia, Dina and Kim) who stand next to me each lesson inspire me on a whole new level. - Fun fact about me: I have been a body double in a movie!

Initially in my Mother's womb! but physically in 1971 just as I turned 3 ... - What is your favourite routine? ALL of them, every year! I love the challenge of learning and mastering the different 'performance' requirements of each routine. - Who is your Physie idol? Never really had a Physie 'idol', but also as a Gymnast, Acrobat & Contortionist as a young girl, Nadia Commaneci (first ever Perfect 10.0 scoring Olympic gymnast from Romania in 1976) was my 'physical 'performance' idol! - Fun fact about me: I was training as Acrobat, Contortionist, Russian dance and Adagio performance for the Circus in late 1970s but my family moved, so 'never got to run away with the circus'.
