22.01.2022 Now, let’s be clear. This DOES NOT MEAN that a higher resting heart rate is better than a low one. We’re talking when your hypothalamus has trouble regulating because you’re in metabolic distress from all the stupid hacks you’ve fallen prey to. What you need is to go back to basics, slowly reset and restart. One example is to do an elimination diet (properly).... Don’t know what that is. 19.01.2022 We've all got our own story. So I share with you my own (short version). Early 40's ... so, so, very busy (excuse #1).... Not getting in my physical activity. Too tired (excuses #2) You get my point? So, @ 115kg, bouncing back and forth to 100kg then to get a medical wake up as to ' why I should'! So Yes, I've been there, full of excuses about why, instead of why not! I know what it's like to be frustrated 'something ain't working'. To make weak attempts at fixing it only to be back at square one. Then, when I flipped my own switch, to finally 'get it'. Want help? Ask.

Stop worrying about what may or may not happen. You can’t avoid what you don’t know is going to happen.... Just grab a pen and paper, old school. Now, for YOURSELF ONLY (and perhaps your family too), start making some notes about what you’re going to do to take steps to be in control of what YOU can control. Step2 Put them somewhere visible. 16.01.2022 We see the transition with teh top level athletes all the time. But yet, our top level businessmen think 'they're invincible'. Perhaps they should start to see what the athletes hve done an apply some of the reverse.... Maybe then we'd see lesss burnout, heart attacks and failed marriages with a renewed vigour on the application of being fitter.
