14.01.2022 This is a job we completed 2 years ago. A beautiful 2 story bluestone building which was built in the early 1860's. A really awesome piece of Portland history. The way it was built is a real credit to the stonemasons and builders, considering the limited tools and equipment they had ( in comparison to what we have these days ) . Today it has a retail shop in the ground floor and a townhouse above - which is the area we renovated. We also added a mezzanine area, as the roof s...pace was too large to not utilise. We salvaged and re - used as much of the original material as we could which added a great deal of character to the finished product. This job was full of challenges and hurdles and a real learning experience but.... we would do it all again tomorrow. There is something very satisfying and fulfilling about bringing on old building back to life! P.s The photos of the finished job are courtesy of Damian Goodman Photography.

03.01.2022 A few snaps of an external renovation we did a little while ago on a lovely home in Portland. The mix of rendered Masterwall, Scyon Stria weatherboards and spotted gum ship lap came up a treat!
