11.01.2022 In the last 10 days MDA Coaching has: Hosted a full day workshop Completed a 10 hour full day breakthrough experience... Sat on a Drug and Alcohol advisory committee Worked individually with each of my 1:1 clients Volunteered over 20 hours of my time Completed 2 full day intensive workshop for Master Practioners upskilling with my incredible trainer. I am also a member of 2 drug and consumer councils that meet monthly for the Gold Coast and Queensland giving a voice locally and state wide to how drug and alcohol services are delivered for the most for carers and consumers alike. On the 14th of this month I am speaking at an area level delivering a speech on Breaking the Stigma attached to mental health issues in our community and what one man has and is doing now and his fight to break the silence All of which I did while I did whatever it takes to stay clean, maintain loving rich relations in my life, exercised, and meal prepped, signed a new 1:1 client, even went on a date. I am not saying this to boast or show that I worked excessively. It's to prove a point Its furious dedication For myself and others There was a purpose and intention for the extra work The outcome of the full-day workshop and the 2 day immersion was creation of something I have been working towards for awhile.
