22.01.2022 Stage 2 on 2-PAC flooring for Siemens components in West Perth. We were invited back to strip the carpets in offices and hallways, grind floors and apply the Wattyl Industrial EB600 2-pac coatings. Siemens manufacture and test electronic components and therefore could only have either an anti- static carpet or coated concrete flooring; were delighted they chose coated flooring and humbled to have been invited back.

Note that all edges are cut in with Oil Sealer/Binder before rolling to ensure the wall paint hangs on for years to come. 18.01.2022 Weather held off long enough to apply a premium Decking service using the Sikkens process in Yanchep. The deck was cleaned using the Gel base cleaner and allowed to dry before a thorough strip back with the belt sander clean off and two consecutive coats of Sikkens BLX-Pro satin oil. 17.01.2022 This 1950’s period home in Wembley had some major leaking issues with the concrete veranda Roof. The water proofing was old and cracked causing the water to seep through the porous concrete and inviting water to the underside bubbling and peeling the paint. We stripped the old coating with a Dimond grinder, washed, troweled on a new concrete face and primed 2 coats followed by 2 coats of industrial grade exterior membrane and Solarguard over everything to protect it against the elements of Perth’s harsh sun.
