15.01.2022 Waroona Farmhouse This is one of those projects we've been thinking about how we'd design for a while and finally we have the opportunity to realise it. Long skinny plan on a vast rural property. Lots of northern glazing with large reconstituted limestone blocks separating functional spaces from long hallway 'buffer' area to try and control solar gain as much as possible. This project is all about passive design principles.... Can't wait! See more

This policy proposes some long overdue changes to the planning framework that addresses the 'missing middle' of urban infill that Perth so desperately needs to embrace. 05.01.2022 Our Vic Park triplex starting to show some of its material qualities. Situated in a residential character study area, the designs needed to be respectful to the original workers cottages that scatter the suburb. Small reference were made to both formal and material qualities. The final result will be somewhat raw and unfinished, waiting for the vegetation to play its part. Builder: @bruceconstructiondesign
