25.01.2022 Get on down to @industrailbikes in Henderson this arvo for a good time and help Elliot celebrate 20 years of crankin our killer frames, ramps, skateparks, architectural steel and all sorts of radness. Congrats mate. See ya soon.

22.01.2022 Another quick little problem solver. 1.2m hook for my attic ladder. I’ll probably play with some twisting patterns later on the shaft.
21.01.2022 Crazy times! I feel for everyone affected in any way by this current situation. Whilst Ive already seen work slow down I will be doing my best to stick it out with some changes. I wont be doing any subcontracting or on-site work for a while without careful consideration to social distancing and other safety measures. I think its important that we all take this seriously and keep our social interactions to a minimum. That being said, I am still open for business! I am avail...able on the phone or on Skype (should you prefer to "meet" me) to discuss your upcoming projects. If you are coming to drop off or pick up a job please get in touch first so we can work out how to handle things without too much interaction. I can also deliver finished products to reduce the amount of unnecessary social contact. I will be spraying everything with bleach (proven to kill Covid-19) before it enters or leaves my workshop. I would also prefer to not use cash for obvious reasons. I know its going to be hard for a lot of families and individuals to find the money for things in the coming times. I would like to be able to do what I can to help out those in need. If you have something that you need repaired and cant afford it, give me a call and we can work something out. We might be able to trade services or arrange an IOU. Or, maybe we can consider it good karma. I would like to be able to help people where I can. This challenging time has the potential to drive us to selfish behaviours and division, or alternatively, to a time of community spirit and working together. Were all in the same boat and I hope we can all get through it together. If youre struggling talk to someone. Talk to me if you like. Dont forget your local small businesses. Were all gonna struggle but without your support small businesses will not make it. I hope the best for all my friends in business all over the world. In the words of Canned Heat Together we stand, divided we fall. Come on now people, let's get on the ball and work together
20.01.2022 Me leaving for work: Sweet! Finally! My animals: Where are you going?
19.01.2022 Stackin dimes with @respokeaustralia #tigwelding
18.01.2022 Made up these mini @streetrollerhockeyleague prototype goals for a mates team today. Should be more durable than what everyones using at the moment. Lick of paint and some netting and theyll be ready for some abuse. Thinking about doing a run of these to keep them affordable. Any teams out there keen let me know and Ill work out some pricing.
18.01.2022 Good to be back making things with @respokeaustralia
17.01.2022 @ford.strength chucking my 115lb anvil around like its nothing yesterday at West Coast Festival of Strength.
16.01.2022 Got this beast of a smoker sitting together as one piece today. Still a long way to go but its starting to take shape.
15.01.2022 Big day today with the boys trying to get my 75 C20 finished up and back on the road. Got a full stainless exhaust system done and a lot of the bits and pieces missing sorted out. Fingers crossed we can turn tyres on Sunday.
15.01.2022 Simple little incense holder I whipped up for myself. I’d be keen to make some more of these if there’s some interest.
14.01.2022 I’ve been training at @westcoastbarbellclub for a couple of months now but the trip to the city was chewing up big chunks of my day. I built this power rack off the design Coach Ben has built and used down there so I can get my training in at home. It’s a very simple set up and as far as I’m concerned the most compact way to get all your lifts and accessory work done. Thanks again to @westcoastbarbellclub for helping me out with dimensions and such and sorting me out with a home training plan. Go see Ben if you wanna get strong.
14.01.2022 Welcome to the team Black Widow and Chicken Chicken
14.01.2022 During summer I do a fair bit of work with my mate Adam’s business. This means 2 things. 1) If you want to get a pool put in for summer get in touch with him, or me and I’ll pass it on. 2) We’re flat out so if you need something done by me don’t leave it till the last minute. I’ll always make time for my clients but can’t do it at the drop of a hat during summer. Cheers to the warmer weather settling in!
14.01.2022 Engine and Gearbox mounts sorted for Scottys 1UZ Landcruiser ute today Love helping people out with the drive to get as much as they can done on their own. Gonna be a tough little truck when its done. Cheers for the work Scotty!
12.01.2022 Starting off the new year with some repair work and odd jobs but got a chance to start on a gravity fed charcoal smoker for a customer. This is just the firebox weighing in at ~65kg. Gonna be a big girl! Were pretty busy for the rest of January but taking bookings and enquiries for February now. Big or small well weld em all.
12.01.2022 Zipping it up. This smoker is double skinned and insulated and relies on a good seal to maintain a consistent temp. Needs one more sheet for the bottom half after the weekend but we should be looking to light a fire next week and burn it out. Then well work out some features.

09.01.2022 Got Shred a buddy.
09.01.2022 Time for some R&R. Whilst I like getting stuff done, its important to take time out to enjoy life too. Quick rip on the pig down to see @skullcaveband and others tonight. Hope youre all enjoying your weekend.
08.01.2022 Big weekend on the work truck. Almost there. Huge thanks to @greaser54 @traditionalprintemporium @psikick_ @jpwoodworkswa and anyone else that stopped by, swung a spanner, got parts, talked shit, drank beer etc. I appreciate all of you

08.01.2022 Getting this slab prettied up for a mantle peice today.
07.01.2022 Tough but nice little gate and fence I put together for @respokeaustralia this month getting installed today. Would love to have seen it go in but Im trying to keep to myself during these uncertain times. Hope youre all surviving out there!
06.01.2022 Another quick little problem solver. 1.2m hook for my attic ladder. Ill probably play with some twisting patterns later on the shaft.
06.01.2022 Something thats definitely taken my interest especially since buying this old house is trying to preserve as much of the original and original ways of doing things as possible. Im messing around with my fireplace at the moment and its been cool to learn about Lime Mortar and use it to repoint and level up the inside of the fireplace. Definitely havent mastered it yet so Im glad I started on the inside haha. None of this will be seen when its done but its nice to know its done the right way.

06.01.2022 Installing a parklet for @cityofstirlingwa that Ive been helping @respokeaustralia put together recently. Stay tuned for the finished product. Thanks again to @traditionalprintemporium for the hi vis shirts keeping me safe out on the mean streets of Inglewood.
05.01.2022 Awesome grain in this piece. Feels like you can look into it.
05.01.2022 While were all stuck at home its a good time to finish off jobs around the house. I roughly installed this slow combustion heater into my old open fireplace two winters ago. Took the chance today to pull it back out and lower it so I can do a new lower mantle. Heaps left to go but feels good to be making progress on those things I never make time for. Hope youre all finding something to keep you occupied while we all wait this out.
05.01.2022 Bringing some Blacksmith knowledge into the fabrication realm for a @respokeaustralia project recently. Oil finish for a sample of a larger sculpture in the works.
04.01.2022 The big gravity fed barrel smoker is just about ready for some paint and a fire
04.01.2022 Have a great long weekend however you choose to celebrate it.
03.01.2022 I didnt get my daughter heaps of gifts this year. Instead she got hours and hours and hours of my time getting her own bedroom ready. After surprising me that she wanted to stay over only a few months ago and everything else thats been going on it was a real push to get it done but her excitement is definitely reward enough for me. Thanks to everyone that helped with their time, advice, furniture etc. You all know who you are. Merry Christmas.

01.01.2022 Been great following along with @pickuptrucksdownunder and @classicpickupsupplies #isotruckshow today on Instagram. Really should get mine back on the road but heres some pics from the last little while. Miss driving this thing.
01.01.2022 Next smoker. Step 1.
