25.01.2022 Playgroup Victoria is running Move it 4 Kids tomorrow at 11am via Zoom. What a great way to get the kids active on a rainy day!

24.01.2022 Now that we’re back to remote learning are you finding that your child/ren are grazing all day and perhaps getting to meal time with a small appetite? One way to overcome this is to continue to pack a lunchbox to control the type and portion of foods that are being consumed. Plus there’s no better time to get your child/ren involved. The tips below are a helpful guide on how to build a healthy and delicious lunchbox for growing children.

24.01.2022 Incidental activity is a great way to get your daily steps up. Join us this Steptember: You can register as a team (of up to four people), or individually- just make sure you sign up under the Mansfield Respond Program. Register at www.steptember.org.au... Let’s move together to support not only Cerebral Palsy, but our own health as well! Feel free to get in touch if you need help registering.

23.01.2022 A big shout out to Mia who sent through some photos showing us the fruits of her labour. To launch the Mansfield Fresh Food Drive, seedlings were provided to primary school students to take home and plant and care for themselves. We would love any other families to send through the final product of all their hard work. Also, our next collection for the Mansfield Fresh Food Drive is happening tomorrow morning. Families are welcome to come down from 9:30am to collect free fruits & vegetables- see final image for more details. See you in the morning

11.01.2022 Our next recipe comes from Amelia. Amelia runs the Supported Playgroups in Mansfield and Jamieson and loves cooking with the children who range in age from 0-5 years. Amelia has had great success cooking this Zucchini Slice recipe with the families. Since moving to Mansfield 2 years ago I have been able to grow my own veggies once again. This has renewed my enthusiasm to be able to introduce others to the delicious, cheap, healthy options that are available. I would also like to see a reduction in how much food is wasted and hope the RESPOND program can make a difference in our community. Thanks Amelia.

11.01.2022 Hi team, Steptember are experiencing a few issues with their app- we recommend logging your steps via their website instead!
