Here is another weekly tip to get you moving from our Director of Physical Activity TAKE 500 STEPS BEFORE EVERY ZOOM MEETING "With most meetings now taking place on Zoom, it is easy to lose the steps we would have taken getting from meeting to meeting. Aim to take 500 steps before each meeting by adding 2-3 minutes before they start.
