When a visitor rings the bell you can see and speak to them from the internal monitor inside the house, or from your smartphone, wherever you are ( internet access required) Gate can be opened via the keypad , the intercom or your phone. Very handy if you are often getting parcels delivered. This system means you don't have to wait around for the courier. 3 year warranty
