06.01.2022 If you’ve only recently discovered our wines, you may be wondering what this Harvest Sparkling is all about... While we’re waiting for our traditional method sparkling wines to mature (not much longer to go!!), we decided to keep things interesting and make a pét-nat style sparkling. This wine is made from predominantly Pinot Noir, blended with a small amount of Chardonnay and fermented dry in the bottle....
