25.01.2022 I'm happy to say I have started cleaning again and picked up a few jobs already in the past week, just putting it out there in case anyone hears of someone needing a cleaner locally (Sheidow Park and surrounding suburbs). Chemical free of course using Enjo. Which is mainly what I've always used when cleaning other people's homes before my food biz came along last year. I have abn, police clearance and insurance. Xx

24.01.2022 My favourite thing to do when cooking is NOT go to the supermarket for ingredients and make something from what I already have. So today I pulled out the last 2 sheets of puff pastry and made the girls Vegemite and Cheese Pinwheels for lunch tomorrow.

19.01.2022 What a day in the kitchen today! Started with Breaky...my 9 year old made french toast until it came time to soak the break in the chicks! Quite funny, she didn't want to touch the runny eggs. Next she made vanilla cupcakes for recess, her sister might be lucky to get one!! Then while I was in the kitchen I got a head start on my cooking I do tommorrow for a busy family. Got the snacks/treats done today (pic). Half head to their freezer for another week. ... Tomorrow in their kitchen I will be cooking.... Double batch of Taco mince and Creamy Chicken Brocolli Pesto Pasta. Roasting Mediterranean Vegies Roasting Lamb for wraps Prepping Fish for dinner Pasta salad for lunch/dinner... Should keep me busy for a few hours

16.01.2022 Need a tasty casserole base filled with vegies?? CHICKEN, LEEK & MUSHROOM with cream, bacon and chicken stock. Then add any vegies you like....peas, corn and carrot are a great start for kids, then capsicum (chopped into small pieces) a bag of baby spinach which cooks down to nothing. TOSSED through some PASTA yummo. Double batch and FREEZE for another time.

03.01.2022 After cooking 2 weeks in a row for a family (4 hours each week) and double batching each time. They get no grocery bill this week from me anyway and live out the freezer! So long as they plan in advance to get meals out What an easy week. How good is that! Before I cook next Monday I will pop in and stocktake their freezer and plan meals around any meat in the freezer which should save money and make space for more meals.
