21.01.2022 Stroud Community Lodge has held our first drive through this morning to say hello social distancing style to our amazing Residents. Whilst the temperature was... low the residents rugged up and came out to wave to the cars. We would like to thank everyone who came and supported us including John & Doreen Bowen, Dawn Allen , the Frost family, Annette Brackam, Joy Tull, The Tolhurst & Turner family, Zoe the Border Collie and a special thanks to Zoe and the kids from Stroud Pre School who drew pictures and we have hung them in the Lodge for the residents to look at. Everyone enjoyed the morning and we look forward to doing it again! See more

20.01.2022 We always look forward to delivery day! Paula is the brains behind Stroud Community Services-Meals on Wheels. She is doing a fantastic job and has dedicated so much time and effort to get it up and running. Its proven to be a great success and it has benefited our community immensely, especially during these trying times. Lets put our hands together for a big round of applause for Paula. Meals on Wheels offers a great menu with a delicious variety of menu options to suit ...many different dietary requirements. Give us a call on 4994 5433 if you would like a copy of the most recent menu or if you would like to place an order. See more

02.01.2022 On the 17th February 2020 we Celebrated our 30th Birthday with a morning tea with our residents, family members and volunteers. Our birthday cake was cut by Car...olyn our Facility Manager, John Bowen our founding Chairman and Rhonda Dew our longest resident. We had hoped to have a bigger celebration during the year for all the community to celebrate, but we are unable to at this time. Hopefully near the beginning of next year we will be able to have a celebration. So with the coming of our Annual Meeting, we are releasing our birthday photos for all to enjoy. We would like to thank everyone who has supported Stroud Community Lodge over the 30 years we have been operating, without our communities support we would not be able to continue to operate. 30 years has seen Stroud Community Lodge grow to a large business which includes residential aged care, home care, self care units and most recently meals on wheels. We would like to thank all our board members who volunteer their time each year, and particularly to our 2 chairmans John Bowen and Rodney Williams who have done a great job in their roles. We also have a dedicated team or staff and volunteers currently lead by our Facility Manager Carolyn Harris who go beyond their roles to provide care for our residents and clients. See more
