16.01.2022 EMERGENCY VOLUNTEER DRIVERS WANTED FOR MEALS ON WHEELS MARYBOROUGH MOW Maryborough are looking for people who are willing to be on call to driver a meal to our... clients as part of our Covid-19 Action Plan. Deliveries are in Maryborough and surrounding areas during a two week period should the need arise. You may be able to offer a few hours in the morning once a week or several mornings a week or even daily for two weeks. This service will operate out of our Walker street emergency premises. An induction to Meals on Wheels Service, free police check and Photo ID provided. At the end of the two weeks, the daily amount accrued for petrol will be paid to you in to your bank account. Please phone Meals on Wheels Maryborough on (07) 4121 4297 Between the hours of 7.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

02.01.2022 Meals On Wheel Maryborough needs your help!!! Meals on Wheels is a valuable service enabling people to remain in their own homes and maintaining their independe...nce. By delivering meals to these clients we are helping to ensure a nutritional balanced meal to maintain their health. If you have a spare hour and a half, once a day, once a week, once a fortnight or even once a month we would really use your help. We are needing volunteer drivers in case of an emergency to deliver our meals to clients Monday to Friday in the Maryborough Area. Your name will be placed on a standby list to be contacted if this situation occurs. We will retain your details on file to utilise in other ares as required. A QLD Police check will be required to be completed. A Valid drivers licence and a Registered roadworthy vehicle is required. Induction and Training will be provided.
